As we continue to eat, we come to more clearly understand what we want MESS to be. Its something like food curating (sounds wanky to be sure); it’s definitely NOT a restaurant; or an catering co. It’s something like art (with a lowercase) and design (with an uppercase). It’s definitely about being generous and not so much about making money. Mostly it’s a pain in the arse; but often its lovely. Because we haven’t figured it out we’ll keep eating till we do or till we don’t want the answer anymore.

Mess will be launching our Kitchenware range this winter at Mess Kitchen.

We’re writing and photographing and designing and laying out in expectation of Mess The Cookbook (or something like that).
